Solution Bạn có thể dùng Microsoft Outlook để nhận và gửi mail.

Các bước cấu hình Microsoft Outlook 2003 như sau

Chọn Tools -> Account Settíng -> New để add POP3 email (Manually configure server settings)

Điền thông tin Incoming Mail Server và Outgoing Mail Server đều có dạng mail.tenmiencuaban.com

Mục Login Information: Điền thông tin tài khoản email và password tạo trong control panel quản lý host

Mục More Settings: Outgoing Server -> My Outgoing Server requires authentication, Chọn Use same setting as my incoming mail server, nhấn OK

Sau đó có thể chọn Test Account Settings để kiểm tra việc cấu hình chính xác không
